Prevention is better than cure. AntiDrop is a simple, effective and maintenance-free solution to manage condensation at source.
Condensation is one of the most common, and costly, challenges in uninsulated metal roofing. Sudden temperature changes, high humidity levels and daily weather cycles can all cause moisture to form on the underside of steel sheets, leading to dripping, corrosion, damage to stored goods and an unhealthy internal environment.
That's where AntiDrop anti-condensation membrane makes a real difference. Available across our range of profiled metal sheets, AntiDrop provides a simple, effective and maintenance-free solution to manage condensation at source.
AntiDrop is a specialist anti-condensation felt membrane that is factory applied to the reverse of the metal roofing sheet during the manufacturing process.
The membrane is designed to absorb and temporarily hold moisture as it forms, trapping condensation safely within its structure rather than allowing it to drip into the building below. Once temperature and humidity levels stabilise and conditions move back below the dew point, the moisture is released back into the air as normal humidity.
The result?
A drier, safer and more comfortable internal environment, without the need for complex insulation systems.
AntiDrop is a popular choice for agricultural, industrial and commercial buildings where condensation control is essential but full insulation may not be required.
Prevents dripping and pooling on the underside of metal sheets.
Reduces the risk of corrosion and long-term damage.
Helps minimise damp, mould and mildew formation.
Reduces noise from rain impacting the roof.
Applied during manufacture, ready to install on site.
Spend a little now to avoid spending a lot later.
AntiDrop anti-condensation membrane is particularly well suited to:
Where temperature fluctuations and high humidity are present, AntiDrop provides a reliable and cost-effective answer.
